Our 15th installment of the Extra Lore series brings Blue, Green, Justin, and special guest co-host Taylor-B together to chat about the rich details of the Titanfall universe - a game which got a pretty bad reputation from it's first title, but managed to completely reverse directions with the second title. As you'll find here, the details are immensely intricate - in a gameworld that is presented in a very episodic fashion - and draw from a number of different influences (at least it seems to from the hosts's points of view). Starting off with a general summary view of the Titanfall universe, the team quickly dives into a summary of the two titles storylines - which if you haven't had the chance to experience yet, definitely comes recommended by Taylor and Justin.

The fifth installment of our Behind the Scenes series gave us the chance to sit down with lazesummerstone (Jake) to chat about the questions that our Discord server had about artwork - specifically about comics and video game concept art. It was a true pleasure getting the chance to chat with Jake (also, this was our first BtS episode that we recorded live - which was a treat in itself) about how he approaches the challenges that he faced in getting started and still comes up against even today.

Due to a lot of the new information actually being contained throughout a variety of fragments of different Grimoire cards and items instead of any signle card, the conversation does meander through topics a bit - so enjoy a conversation that delves into the philosophy of the Factions, the implications of the political structures of the Consensus, and even a bit of a chat about the underlying nature of the Guardians themselves (which will also be next week's topic!).
